How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver the services you request.
- To meet legal, tax and customs obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run this website and handle enquiries: a hosting provider, a database provider that stores enquiries securely, and an email delivery provider that sends our replies and notifications. They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
